OK, so it's not new, but new to a lot of people. Want a way to show-off your ankles or those cute dress shoes or sandles? Just clip a hair bow or hair clip to the top strap of your shoes. So adorable!

You can even clip the flower to the top of the strap running across your toes. You know those dress shoes that are plain Jane, vanilla? The black or blue or brown ones?
